Through her numerous performance opportunities Allison has gained valuable knowledge to help shape the next generation of performers. For the past 8 years she has been an adjunct professor at Belmont University in Nashville, TN teaching and inspiring new upcoming artists. Many of her students have gone on to receive record deals, book Broadway National Tours, work for major cruise lines and theme parks, and have even been seen on NBC's The Voice and SuperStar (Czech and Slovak TV series).
