Service Description

In this 3 hr virtual workshop held June 3rd with KCP Founder Allison Little, you will learn why MINDFUL MOVEMENT is beneficial for your wellbeing and overall health. We will take it a step further and dive into why dance specifically, is extremely beneficial for your body and mind, and Allison will offer tips on how to retain choreography quickly and walk you through movement exercises you can easily incorporate into your every day life. The 2nd half of the workshop will focus on GOAL SETTING. We will walk through a specific strategy on the best way to set goals for yourself in your professional life as well as your personal life to help you become more motivated and successful! * Downloadable workbook for the goal setting portion included! SAFETY/HEALTH PROTOCOLS: If you are experiencing any signs of illness we graciously ask that you stay home. There is hand sanitizer in/around the studio for your convenience. We also ask that you be mindful of other participant’s personal space and spread out as space allows. Refund Policy - We do not offer a refund for weekly classes. If you miss a class, that amount becomes a credit for an additional service on the next Ignite session (Credit expires after that following session) Any other service that is not a weekly class (i.e. workshops, photoshoots, etc.) will receive a 50% refund with a minimum of 48 hrs notice of cancellation before the event.
